The dress code is cocktail attire.
The theme for our wedding is an elegant and classic look. The wedding colors are olive green, black, and gold accents.
Both the ceremony and reception are located indoors. The reception space is located in a sister building to the golf clubhouse with central air conditioning. There will be garage doors open on one side of the building, for part of the night, for outdoor activities and cocktail hour.
Guests can arrive at the venue space at 5PM. Cocktail hour will officially start at 5PM along with the bar service being available.
We ask that whoever is addressed on the formal invitation are the ones planning on attending. If the invitation is addressed to the "Family" that implies children are included.
We ask that no photos or videos are taken during the ceremony. Our photographers and videographers will be capturing all the moments during the ceremony. During the reception, photos and videos can be taken.
Railside Golf Club is 15 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids where there are many hotels options to choose from. There are two hotels located 5 minutes from the venue space. - Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Grand Rapids Wyoming - Hyatt Place Grand Rapids-South
