Special wedding rates have been set up at 2 hotels: Zermatt Resort - 784 W Resort Drive, Midway, UT 84049 King or 2 Queen Guest Room @ $179 per night + $25 resort charge per night + 13.42% occupancy tax (Available dates: September 20th and 21st) Resort charge includes: self-parking, wireless internet in guest rooms, putting course, carousel rides, Saturday yoga, access to Wellness Center including steam and sauna rooms, large indoor/outdoor pool and Jacuzzi’s, tennis courts and volleyball court. The resort also has several restaurants. All rooms offer an in-room safe, entry closet space & mini-fridge. Separate from the lodge special wedding rates have been set up at 2 hotels: 1268 South Main Street, Heber City, Utah 84032 King or 2 Queens @ $179 per night + 12.6% tax (Available dates: September 20th, 21st, and 22nd) All rooms also have a twin sofa bed and an armoire. The hotel offers free parking, 24 hour fitness and an indoor pool & hot tub. Free, hot breakfast is also provided. The hotel is 50 miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport and 9 miles from the wedding venue. Other area hotels are also available at their publicly available rates. Best Western Plus Heber Valley The Homestead Resort Park City is about 30 miles from the wedding venue and is home to several hotel options and outdoor activities.

Flight

SLC international airport

Our wedding is in Heber, Utah, which is about 60 minutes outside of Salt Lake City. We recommend flying into Salt Lake City International Airport and renting a car or taking an Uber to get to your accommodations.

Provo Municipal Airports (PVU)

Located about 60 minutes from the venue. It is a small regional airport with domestic flights mainly to and from destinations in the western United States.

Rental Car

Car rentals

All car rental companies are available at SLC airport and can easily be rented + picked up upon arrival. Please book your car rental prior to arriving in SLC to ensure there is availability.

If you do not want to rent a car, both of these ride share services are available and can easily be requested from the airport upon arrival. Wait times can be long, so please request in advance.
