FAQs

Information on St. Joseph Hall facilities and our approach to our wedding ceremony and reception in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Question

How many people will be there and what should guests do to ensure safety for all?

Answer

We are currently looking at around 80 - 85 people including the bride and groom. About 10-12 of those are kids. We are doing our very best to consider households for our seating arrangements. The round tables normally comfortably seat 10 people and we are aiming for 7 or less per table when possible. Both the ceremony and meal will be happening in one place with guests sitting at their assigned table for the ceremony and dinner. After the ceremony, a cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the covered patio. We are asking that all of our guests wear masks through the ceremony, and whenever inside of St. Joseph Hall, except of course when eating/drinking or when social distancing is possible. After dinner and dessert, we expect that the interior of the hall will clear out as we have access to the covered patio for the remainder of the evening. allowing for space and social distancing both indoors and out.

Question

What precautionary measures are already in place?

Answer

St. Joseph Hall has recently installed touchless sinks and hand dryers in the restrooms and will be providing hand sanitizer stations. For our buffet style dinner, venue employees will be masked and gloved while serving our guests from the other side of the buffet line.
