FAQs

If you have other questions that aren't covered on here, feel free to reach out to us or our immediate family.
Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a lot next to the venue that guests may use. There will also be a shuttle running from the Hampton Inn and Suites for any guests that are staying there or anyone that prefers to park at the hotel and take the shuttle.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 10th at the latest. Please follow all of the prompts online. If you have any issues with the RSVP online please contact us - laurastark85@gmail.com

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm so please arrive prior to that time. The doors to the venue will be open to you all around 4:00 pm.

Question

Is there transportation available to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle running between the Hampton Inn & Suites and the Gage so you can utilize that option or there is a parking lot with plenty of parking available. For returning to the hotel you can call: 414-436-2300 to request a shuttle pick up.

Question

Will the ceremony or reception be outdoors?

Answer

No, both the ceremony and reception will be held indoor at The Gage - especially since you never know what kind of weather you will get in October in Wisconsin.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are allowing some kids for the wedding (for our immediate family and out of town family and friends) and have specified if they are included on your RSVP on the website.

Question

May I take a centerpiece home as a souvenir?

Answer

For a number of our centerpieces there will be items that we would be happy to allow people to take home. We will leave notes on the tables of what we are fine with people taking home with them.

Question

What are you doing regarding the COVID-19 pandemic/safety protcols?

Answer

We would certainly request that as many of our guests as possible (depending on your health conditions) would be vaccinated prior to attending our wedding to try and keep everyone as safe as possible. At this point masks are not required at our venue, but I will update the website as anything changes. If anyone feels more comfortable wearing a mask please feel free to do so. We will be sure to have hand sanitizer available around the venue as well. And if you are not feeling well or have any symptoms of COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home and we can always celebrate with you in the future.
