Why does the invitation say Saturday when June 7th is a Friday?

Answer

Yeah, about that. The wedding is most definitely on FRIDAY June 7th. We didn't see the error until after we sent the invitations. Our first RSVP pointed it out, thanks Gary!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 1st, 2024. If we don't hear from you by this time, we will presume that you will be unable to attend.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless it is stated on your invitation or on the RSVP list, we kindly request no additional guests.

If my child/children is/are not listed on the invitation or RSVP list, are they still invited?

Answer

No. We're sorry if this poses an inconvenience, but this decision was made in an effort to accommodate a smaller venue.

What is weather typically like in late spring?

Answer

In early June the weather tends to be nice and typically mild. However, weather in the colorful state is usually unpredictable and can range from snow to blistering heat-- yes, even in early June. During the summer you might also see afternoon rain/ thunderstorms, but let's hope this is too early for that.

Will this event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

This will be a mixed event. The ceremony will be indoors; followed by an outdoor cocktail hour; dinner will be indoors.

What is the altitude at the venue?

Answer

5210 feet. This means that you might feel lightheaded, so drink plenty of water. Also, alcohol will affect you more quickly-- You're welcome!

Is there a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes, for those who select to stay at the Aloft hotel.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes. There is free parking at the venue. If you find yourself unable to safely drive after the evening there is no issue with leaving your vehicle overnight.
