The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM.
Following the bride and groom’s
“I do,”
guests will make their way to the cocktail reception hour.
During this time, guests are invited to mingle, locate their table assignments, enjoy an array of hors d’oeuvres, and indulge in beverages from the open bar, featuring premium liquors, imported wines, and a selection of beer and soft drinks.
Dinner will feature a seated three-course meal. Entrée selections will be made by each guest upon seating.
Options include:
• Filet Mignon Medallions with shallots and red wine glaze
• Chicken Breast with spinach and fontina cheese, served with a truffle Madeira sauce
• North Atlantic Salmon, horseradish-crusted and served with beurre blanc
All entrées are served with the chef’s selection of vegetables and potatoes.
