Can kids come to the wedding?

Answer

As we've had to make careful considerations on bringing two very large families together, children were not included in the headcount for both the Ceremony and Reception. Attendance is limited to those specifically named on the invitation, along with any noted plus-ones. Please reach out to James and Laura directly if this causes any issues!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

There isn't a specific hotel block code, however we were able to block 20 rooms specifically for the wedding. When will the shuttle run?

Answer

Our shuttle service will begin at 3:00 PM. Each bus holds 58 guests and will make two trips to the venue, which is about 25 minutes away. To help everyone arrive on time, we’ll have a sign‑up sheet at the hotel front desk where you can choose either the 3:00 PM or 3:30 PM shuttle. Depending on your time slot, you’ll either arrive early and have time to relax, or enjoy a little extra time to get ready. After the celebration, the shuttle will run several times throughout the evening to ensure everyone gets back to the hotel safely.

What is the dress code?

Answer

This event's attire is "Sunday Best". Wear what makes you feel comfortable! The Ceremony will be outside and the Reception will be inside a rustic barn at the same location. The wedding party will be dressed in wildflower-inspired colors: blue, green, yellow, orange, pink, and purple. You’re welcome to wear any color you like and join in the vibrant palette.
