To enter Mexico, US citizens need a valid passport.
🚌 Getting to the hotel:
Option 1. If you are staying 4 nights or more you may choose the Free Airport Shuttle. This shuttle picks up other people and goes to other hotels. The timing is very unknown. That said, I was told that Moon Palace is the 1st drop off for arrivals and the last pick up for departures.
Option 2. Pay for a Deluxe Private Car Service through Moon Palace, which holds up to 5 people, for $180. This fee covers your trip both to and from the hotel. More than 5 people in a group requires a 2nd reservation. I was told to look for someone on Platform B holding a blue sign that reads The Palace Company.
Option 3. You can book a Taxi through the hotel for $26 per person Roundtrip, or $16 per person arriving and $13 per person departing if you do not choose the roundtrip. (Yes, the math does not equal $26.)
