We will be following a semi-formal dress code. For Women: Cocktail length dress or longer, dressy pantsuits/separates, flats or heels acceptable (thicker heels or wedge recommended for walking in the grass areas). For Men: Dress shoes, slacks, button-ups, jackets, and suits for men would all be acceptable.
Guests can start arriving at the ceremony site at 3:30pm; the ceremony will start at 4:00pm. We recommend giving yourself ample time to find the ceremony site, park, and settle into seats.
The Mount Ida Black Branch ceremony site is an outdoor venue near the Mount Ida Tasting Room + Taphouse. The address/directions will be provided at a later date. If the weather does not permit, the ceremony will be indoors at the Mount Ida Event Barn, the same location as the cocktail hour and reception. We will let everyone know day-of if this will be the case.
The cocktail hour and reception location is a short 10-15 minute drive from the ceremony location. Please plan accordingly.
Yes, there will be ample free parking available at both locations in unpaved lots with a parking attendant to direct.
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. Due to the capacity with our reception venue, we are sadly unable to accommodate additional guests. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
There will be an open bar throughout the cocktail hour and reception. Drink responsibly or plan ahead ;)
