Flight
Nashville International Airport (BNA) is going to be the closest airport to the wedding venue and hotel arrangements. It is approximately a 45 minute drive from one to the other.
Hotel
We have reserved a block of rooms for our guests to stay close to the venue! This is a new hotel that is attached to The Mint Gaming Hall at Kentucky Downs. Ask for the Alexander Wedding!! Hotel block closes on October 8, 2024. Transportation to and from the venue is also an option from this location.
Shuttle

A complimentary shuttle will be running from Springhill Suites to the Arling Wedding Venue. If you would like to reserve a seat on the trolley, please contact Lydia Petersen at (270) 586-5810. The shuttle will return guests to the hotel at the conclusion of the festivities.
