Do we have to RSVP? September 1st!

Answer

Yes! We need an accurate headcount so we can make sure you have a seat and something to eat. Our reception will be assigned seating. Please note on rsvp how many children will be in attendance. Please RSVP by September 1st!

UPDATE: Winners have been chosen! Thanks for participating everyone! If you RSVP online or by mail by August 1st, you will be entered into a drawing for a gift basket of Laura and Eric’s favorite things!

Are children invited?

Answer

To allow all wedding guests, including parents a night of fun and relaxation we respectfully ask that no children under the age of 10 attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you. We will also need to know the number of kids attending if they must come with you, on your rsvp for our caterer.

What if I cannot come?

Please send back your RSVP card or visit the rsvp page with a NO. If you already sent us a YES RSVP, please contact us as soon as possible with your change in plans.

Ceremony and Reception

Both of our events are happening at one wonderful location, The Riverview Barn. There is ample parking available. Our ceremony will be outside weather permitting. Ceremony will start at 330pm.

Unplugged Ceremony

We hired a photographer. So don’t worry! We got the pictures covered. Please keep your phones away during the ceremony.

Open bar?

Answer

Our bar is open. Our venue only serves beer and wine at the bar. Soda is also available. We will have lemonade available until it is gone at dinner. Water will be at the tables.

Dress Code

Answer

We want everyone comfy, but would love to see everyone come in their best suits and dresses for our woodland fantasy. Do not forget comfy shoes for the dance floor and your best smiles for pictures.

Seating

Answer

Our ceremony is open seating. We love you all so please sit where you please. However, leave the first rows with reserved signs open for the bridal party and close family to sit during the ceremony. Our reception will be assigned tables. Please check the seating chart during cocktail hour for where to put your tush during dinner.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We ask you only bring a guest if you have been extended a plus one with your invitation. Approved guests include spouses and fiancé’s, and older children. We have limited space and want to make sure that there is space for all of our loved ones. If you have a question about plus ones, please reach out to us.
