1. When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

2. Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate the number of guests listed on your wedding invitation.

3. What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail or floor-length dresses and a suit and tie or sports coat. PLEASE NOTE: Though most of the wedding events will be held indoors, please be advised that the cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors on the greenhouse lawn, weather permitting. There are limited paved areas surrounding the lawn. Use your best judgment when selecting footwear. We recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges for those that may have issues walking in heeled shoes or on grassy areas.

4. What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Mid-May in Honey Brook, PA, features mild, pleasant spring weather, with average daytime highs around 73 degrees and cool evenings dropping to roughly 53 degrees. Though conditions in Honey Brook, PA are generally breezy and comfortable, springtime showers are common as the region enters the warmer season. Please be sure to check the weather report for the day of the wedding. Bring an umbrella and wear appropriate clothing (a jacket or warm layers) if the weather will be chilly or if rain is in the forecast. PLEASE NOTE: The cocktail hour will be moved from the greenhouse lawn to the reception hall foyer in the event of inclement weather.

5. Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be celebrated at Westwynd Gardens. The wedding ceremony will be held inside the greenhouse on the grounds of Westwynd Gardens. Following the ceremony, guests will enjoy cocktail hour on the greenhouse lawn. From there, dinner and dancing will take place indoors in the main reception hall.

6. How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

The address for Westwynd Gardens is 1382 Manor Rd, Honey Brook, PA 19344. You can map the directions from your location to the venue from the Travel page of the website. Simply click the 'View' button in the DIRECTIONS section at the bottom of the page.

7. Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

8. Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel and wedding?

Answer

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the wedding. Please make the appropriate arrangements to ensure you arrive and depart from the wedding safely.

9. What time should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive promptly at 3:30 pm to ensure everyone is seated on time. No one will be admitted into the ceremony space once the wedding ceremony has begun. Please respect our wish to exchange our vows uninterrupted.

10. Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Westwynd Gardens has ample free parking, including handicapped spaces.

11. Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Westwynd Gardens is wheelchair accessible, offering accessible parking, entrances, and restrooms to accommodate guests with disabilities.

12. What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for approximately an hour. Guests can head straight to the Westwynd Gardens greenhouse lawn, where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and beverages during cocktail hour.

13. Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our newlywed home. A link to our wedding registry can be found on the Registry page of our website.

15. Should I bring a gift to your wedding?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift, especially for those traveling to celebrate with us. Please know that gifts are not expected. For anyone who wishes, a card box will be available at the wedding celebration.
