Yes! All of our guests will be shuttled to and from the venue. GPS is not correct so please do not try to drive yourself. Shuttles will be leaving the... - Best Western Plus at 2:30 pm sharp, please arrive by 2:15 pm. - Hampton Inn and Suites at 2:30 pm sharp, please arrive by 2:15 pm. At the end of the evening, the shuttles will be dropping guests off at the Best Western Plus, Hampton Inn and Suites, or Downtown for the after-party. Keep in mind... -If you are not staying at the Best Western Plus or Hampton Inn and Suites you can not leave your car on the property so please Uber to and from pick-up and drop-off locations. -If you get dropped off downtown, you will be responsible for getting an Uber home.

The venue consists of cobblestone pathways and turf grass. That being said, we don't recommend stiletto heels or shoes that are uncomfortable to walk in.

Dancing Pines has a strict NO-Smoking policy. The policy is for the safety of our guests and the Dancing Pines Estate. The venue is in a heavily wooded area and is a high fire risk. The owners will be on-site fining anyone found smoking $500 and eviction from the premises. Guests are welcome to bring an e-cigarette or vape pen so please plan ahead if needed.

We would love it if everyone could speak at our wedding but for the sake of time, we will not be doing an open mic. We have asked specific people to speak at our wedding.
