Carowinds
This was our 3rd date. You have to ride the Intimidator, Fury 365 and Top Gun. It's worth the wait for the first car. We really only ride these 3 over and over but there are other fun rides as well. (The scrambler was one of my favorites as a kid!)
U.S. Whitewater Center
This is further away from the wedding stuff but it's a fun place to go whitewater rafting, zip lining or mountain biking.
Freedom Park
First date spot! Love this park- nice walking trails around the lake, good picnic spot and the Nature Museum and train at the playground are always a hit with the little ones. 10 minutes from the hotel.
Be Yoga - Dilworth
This is the studio that Laura teaches at. There's a lovely deep stretch class on Saturday morning if you're in the mood to relax. Refuel with a Duck Donut afterwards. Gotta keep the energy up!
