Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation was addressed to you "and guest", then yes, we would love for you to bring a date or plus one! If not, we kindly ask that you do not bring any additional guests. Unfortunately, We have to keep to a strict guest count to meet our budget.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We want you to join us in looking and feeling your best! We’d love you to wear a cocktail dress, jumpsuit, suit and tie or a sports coat. No jeans, please! Black Tie Optional

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes! Our short ceremony will take place outside, rain or shine. The weather in The Catskills this time of year can be tricky, so please dress accordingly. The reception will take place mostly inside the beautiful barn, and the grounds are available for your enjoyment as well.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love you and your little ones, please feel free to bring them along but make sure to let us know in your RSVP. Kids eat too and must be accounted for!

will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Buses will be provided to and from the Villa Roma Hotel & Resort and Handsome Hollow. There will be shuttles throughout the night for guests returning to the Villa Roma. Guests are also able to park at Handsome Hollow should they choose to drive.

what is the transportation schedule?

Answer

2:45- 2:55PM - Please arrive downstairs and ready to board busses 3:00 PM - Busses will leave Villa Roma for Handsome Hollow 9:30 PM - First Bus leaves Handsome Hollow for Villa Roma 10:30 PM - Second Bus leaves Handsome Hollow for Villa Roma 11:30 PM - Last Bus leaves Handsome Hollow for Villa Roma 12:00 PM - all guests must have departed Handsome Hollow
