For our first date, we met by the state museum on the canal. We talked as we walked down the canal. We grabbed a burger on the patio at Burgerhaus. We continued to walk and talk along the canal. We stood by the White River and talked for hours. We ended the night by walking back to the parking garage, where we had the best first kiss ever.

Craig proposed while we were at Anderson's Apple Orchard. We posed for a family picture on the hay bales and after the picture was taken, he got down on one knee and ask me to marry him and for us to be a family. I was very surprised and of course, said "YES."
