Is your passport ready?

Answer

Please visit the below website for passport rules and regulations. If you do not have a passport and are looking to attend our wedding please apply for a passport ASAP. You need at least six months on your existing passport before the expiration/issue date for it to be valid to travel. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can. If you are attending, we would love to know when our gets are fully booked.

When can I book my flight and room?

You can book as soon as you’d like.

How long can I stay for?

Answer

Our guests are welcome to stay for as little or as long as they would like.

What are the differences between the 4 sections of the resort?

Answer

Colonial- kid friendly, most centrally located to main pools and activities Kantenah- kid friendly, very similar to the Colonial White Sands-kid friendly, but more quiet atmosphere TRS- Adults only, and you can only access this section if you are staying here

What resort is the bride and groom staying at, knowing that there are 4 different “sections” of the resort?

Answer

The bride and groom are staying at the Colonial. You are welcome to book at whichever section of the resort that you’d like. They are all interconnected and you have access to any of the resorts, except for the TRS (adults only), unless you are staying at that section.

How do I get to and from the airport/resort?

Answer

Please book in advance for a shuttle service to pick you up from the airport and take you to the resort as well as taking you from the resort to the airport on the way home. We encourage our guests to try to book shuttles together, if possible, as it is a 1 hour drive from the airport to the resort.

Do I need to bring/pack anything special?

Answer

-Towels are available fresh each day at the pool, however feel free to bring your own if you’d like. -Please reference the resort website for a list of what your room includes.

The resort all inclusive but what does that really include?

Answer

The grand Palitium, Rivera Maya, Mexico, is all inclusive which includes all of your food and beverages (alcoholic beverages too). Some guests may want to partake in excursions or things outside of the resort. Please note that these are extra cost to the guests.

What are the most important days that guests should be at the resort

Answer

Friday, January 20 will be a welcome dinner for all of the wedding guests. Saturday, January 21 is the day of the wedding, which will include the ceremony and reception.

What should I do if I can’t make it to your destination wedding in Mexico?

Answer

You will be greatly missed but if you are unable to attend please RSVP “no” on our wedding website, so we can plan accordingly.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, of course kids are welcome! Three of the four sections of the resort are family friendly. There is a kids club for the little ones and daily kids activities to keep them entertained.

How do I stay connected with people while at the resort?

Answer

The grand palladium offers free Wi-Fi. You can reach out the the bride and groom at any time.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Formal beach attire.
