Maid of Honor
Lisa is my sister, but you guys already know that! We, like most sisters, have had some up and downs along the way. From Lisa whooping me with the wii remote (in our 20s) to the many New Year's Eve trips we've taken, it's been a fun and memory-filled rollercoaster. It will be a huge honor to have her by my side 3/21/20!
Best Man & Officiant, but mainly Best Man
Zach is my big broskie, we are opposites when it comes to our personalities but we get along better than most brothers. From throwing tomahawks in the backyard to creating yard golf when we get grounded at the same time. I am pumped for him to be my best man and also ordaining the wedding for us.
Bridesmaid
Laura and I grew up on Northlake Drive together. You could catch us tearing up the streets rollerblading from about 3rd to 10th grade. We also coincidentally had a year in Houston, TX together where we tore up the honky tonks. (Sorry for cutting off your face, Jimmy.)
Groomsman
As we like to call him "Big Ross", my brother from another mother. We grew up down the street from each other and have played soccer together our whole lives, still playing on the same team with Laura and me. We hang out every chance we get and if I'm not on the phone with Laura I'm usually talking to this guy. He has his own room in our house and are super excited he will be standing up there with us on the big day!
Bridesmaid
Adele and I met at Virginia Tech. We were both in Industrial and Systems Engineering; she was really good at reminding me about homework and test dates. I honestly may have taken 5 years if it wasn't for her. Then we lived together in Hoboken, NJ. Then she helped get me a job at Trane. What hasn't she done?!
Groomsman
I met Hager in the 1st grade and have been best friends ever since. From being my workout partner in high school to letting Big Ross and I talk him into just about anything. He is currently stationed in Portland, Oregon serving in the Air Force. Glad he will be able to make the trip and stand by my side.
Bridesmaid
Sami and I grew up diagonally across the street from each other. We used to have walkie talkies so that we could talk to each other from our bedrooms. My dad's perfectly manicured yard would get a foot trail pressed in it during the summers going from my front door to hers. Guitar Hero extraordinaire (she beat Free Bird on expert).
Groomsman
Jacob and I have been best friends since Junior High School. We would get separated in class for talking too much, but we used to sign language across the classroom to communicate. He moved to Roanoke when we got to High School but we have always stayed in touch throughout the years. Grateful he will be standing by my side and for also helping me learn sign language.
Bridesmaid
Kristen used to live above me in the Fan. She invited me to play soccer on "Team Buddy's", which is when I met Augie. He was the coach of Team Buddy's. She also is our realtor. She also got Augie a job at Highwoods. I guess we wouldn't be here today without her!
Groomsman
CJ and I met playing soccer at college (Waynesburg University) together. We ended up living together the next couple years and hanging out every chance we got. Even though he lives in Maryland, we still get together for holidays and river floats in the summer time. Very excited to have him standing up there with us on 3/21/2020.
Groomsman
Brian, future brother in law, fellow soccer lover and Laura's oldest sibling. We are excited to have him standing up there with us and being a part of our big day!
