Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are needed by May 13.

Question

What does Festive attire mean?

Answer

Cocktail or garden attire, but play with it! We want you to have fun at our wedding and we certainly don't want a stuffy affair. Bright colors and bold prints are welcomed! Have a fabulous tropical dress, but worried it might be too 'much'? WEAR IT! That matching bright pink tie and top hat you love but never get to wear? ROCK IT! We LOVE colorful touches and nerdy references. This is not your grandma's wedding. We're here to have fun!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We expect there will be children from both families in attendance. All children are welcome, even if not explicitly invited (just please let us know for catering), but we also understand if you would prefer an evening away from the kiddos. We plan to celebrate late into the night! Please note: While all ages are welcome, please remember theatre rules apply during the ceremony in regards to kids.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is limited parking at the venue and more just down the street. We recommend carpooling or taking an Uber if possible. We are also providing a shuttle between the Aloft Hotel (where we have a block of rooms reserved) and the venue for those staying there or at their sister hotel, the Holiday Inn Express. Please see the travel page for information on shuttle times.

Question

How are you planning to combat the spread of COVID at the wedding?

Answer

Please be assured that the health and safety of all guests are our top priority. We will continue to monitor and consider the situation. Further information will be sent with invitations prior to the wedding. The ceremony and majority of the wedding festivities will be outdoors (weather permitting), with the exception of the restrooms and buffet. You are welcome to take your plate outside if desired. While they will not be required, we highly encourage guests to be fully vaccinated (and boosted where eligible) if you are able. We also encourage all guests (regardless of vaccination status) to get tested for COVID immediately prior to the wedding to help protect everyone, including our immunocompromised and at-risk loved ones and children in our families too young for vaccination. As much as we would love to celebrate with each one of you, if you are feeling ill before the wedding, please stay home and quarantine. We will find another time to celebrate with you once you are well.

For all the days along the way
