We've reserved a block of rooms at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Bristol, CT. Please make your reservation by June 30th 2020. If you previously made a reservation for May, you'll need to call and move it to the new date. To take advantage of the discounted rate, mention the Cashman/Ordway wedding if booking via phone, or use the group discount code COW if booking online. The rate is $139 plus tax per night for a standard room.
Shuttle
Shuttle Service for Hotel Guests

A shuttle service will transport our hotel guests from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel to Wood Acres Farm. The shuttle service will also bring guests back to the hotel at the end of the evening. Please be sure you book under our wedding room block to secure your seat on the shuttle!
