Early check-in policy

Check in at the hotel is 3 PM. If you plan on having a one night stay, you may request early check in, however this is not guaranteed per hotel policy. Please keep in mind our ceremony begins at 2 PM so we suggest booking a two night stay if possible.

Shuttle

Wedding Shuttle

September 26, 2026 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

We kindly ask guests to arrange their own transportation to the ceremony venue, which is approximately 20 minutes from the Residence Inn and Tru by Hilton. A shuttle service will be provided to transport guests from the Residence Inn and Tru by Hilton to the reception venue. There will be one shuttle bus making two trips to accommodate all guests who would like transportation to and from the reception. Please check back later for more details on the shuttle schedule once we get closer to our wedding date!

Travel Note

Parking

We recommend arriving early as the ceremony does not have dedicated parking and street parking is limited. The closest public parking lot to the ceremony is about a 5 minute walk from the Pearl Street lot in Manchester (45 Orange St, Manchester, NH 03104). There will be ample parking at the reception at The Barn at Bull Meadow (63 Bog Rd, Concord, NH 03303).
