Mt. Pleasant is about a 20 minute drive from the Charleston International Airport. You can either rent a car if you are flying in, or UBER is also an option.
Yes, there is a parking lot down the road from the venue. The day of the wedding there will be a traffic guard who can guide you to the parking lot. A golf cart is available to provide transportation to the venue from the parking lot. The golf cart will run throughout the evening. Please Do NOT park in the lot adjacent to the venue.
Please wear formal wedding attire. Men can wear anything from a suit to a button up and dress pants. Women can wear a cocktail dress or formal dress. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside/ outside. It is September in Charleston, SC it will most likely be pretty warm during the day and cool off into the low 80's in the evening.
There will be a shuttle at the hotel that will pick guests up at 3:45pm and then will bring you back to the hotel after the wedding ends at 10:00pm. The shuttle will not be making extra trips back and forth. If planning to use the shuttle for transportation please be ready in the hotel lobby no later than 3:40pm.
