Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by no later than September 1st, 2025. Earlier is always appreciated! You can RSVP by clicking the tab in the menu above.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm, but doors will open at 4 pm for guests. Please make sure to show up before the ceremony begins.

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Answer

The ceremony and the reception are in the same place and will be held at The White Room in downtown Saint Augustine (1 King Street, Third Floor, St. Augustine, FL 32084). We will have our wedding on the rooftop, so there are elevators and stairs leading out to the rooftop and they are wheelchair accessible.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please no jeans, t-shirts, or flip flops.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

The White Room does not have a parking lot, so you will need to find street parking around the area. A parking garage is located on Cordova Street which is about a 15-minute walk to the venue. Please see the link below with all of the parking information for Downtown St. Augustine. https://www.citystaug.com/513/Street-Lot-Parking-Downtown If you are staying at the Hilton Garden Inn there will be a shuttle to and from the hotel. We will communicate the time the shuttle will leave from the hotel closer to the wedding.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and hors d'oeuvres.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kiddos, but we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on the invitation. We are hoping this is a much-deserved night off for the parents!

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Yes, we will have shuttles to and from the hotel. The first shuttle will arrive at the hotel at 3:30 pm. The second one will arrive at 4:15 pm.

I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY(DIETARY RESTRICTION), CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

Answer

Yes! Please reach out to Alex or Judy and we will work with the kitchen staff on your request.
