Casey and I go all the way back to the beginning, neighbors turned lifelong friends who grew up just down the street from each other. Those trips weren't just about the lake or the games—they were about being welcomed into his family and building memories that have lasted well beyond our college years. Colton and I forged our friendship in high school, sharing multiple classes together—including Madame Fry's French class (yes, the irony of that name is not lost on us). We also played on the Mesquite High golf team together, and some of my best memories are from those tournaments in Page, Anthem, and the Gilbert Public Schools Invitational. But what makes Colton's place in my wedding party even more special is I met my future wife, Latrice, at his wedding in 2020. So in a way, this whole day wouldn't be happening without him. I met Thomas through Latrice, and he's about to officially become my brother-in-law. From the moment we met, Thomas and his wife Alicia have welcomed me and my family with open arms. Over the last few years, we've spent the most important holidays together, building traditions and memories that mean the world to me. We bonded over sports and our shared love for the Phoenix Suns, but what I'm most grateful for is the time he's let us spend with his daughters. Phoenix and Lotus are two wonderful young girls, and I'm so excited to officially call them my nieces. Having Thomas stand beside me today along with his wife and daughters as part of the ceremony represents not just friendship, but the family I'm gaining through this marriage. ~Chase~
