Yes, it is located on Fort Sill.
Question
If I don’t have access on the installation, what do I do?
Answer
Go to this link https://sill-www.army.mil/usag/DHR/forms/FS_100-299/FS_Form_118a_non-fillable.pdf and print out the form and fill it out. Email it to the bride at latoya.c.moore4.naf@mail.mil. When you get into town, please go to the Fort Sill Visitor Control Center at 6701 Sheridan Road, Fort Sill, OK 73503 from 5:00am - 9:00pm (580) 442-9603 to pick up your pass and map to the chapel. Make sure to have a valid ID when you check in at the Visitor Control Center and when you stop at the gate to enter Fort Sill (examples are state driver’s license, state ID card, etc.).
