🤣 We met Dec 26, 2022 at a pajama Christmas party. Ironically, he didn't even want to go and neither did I. Rhonda kept asking me to go and his family kept asking him. Rhonda and I were playing cards beating everyone. After a while Carlis an his nephew Victor sat down to play and they beat us! Rhonda and Victor had gotten up to mingle so Carlis and I became partners. We were beating everyone as well. We just kinda looked at each other an he kept giving me a high five and he did it 3 more times. I’m like he’s not giving anyone else a high five. He left the party to check on his dog. Rhonda and I left shortly after that. I asked her who was he a she said girl if you don’t come on its cold out here and he way older than you I said I don’t care 😁. The next day I called Rhonda and said who is he? She informed it was Tonya’s brother. I called Tonya she said that was her older brother and she just hung up with him and he had asked about me and wanted me to call him 😉. Of course I called him and he asked me to come over to talk. We went to the next party that next day together and fell in love! We became best friends like we’ve been knowing each other for years and then he proposed... His proposal caught me off guard we were in the bed and he placed the ring on my finger (like in the movies ikr lol) but I said YES!!! What was crazy is he’s been having this ring in his phone for a year! We had went shopping one day and was trying on rings just for the fun of it! All along he really liked the one on my hand now ❤️!
