WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Answer
Ceremony and Reception guest please arrive between 12:45pm - 1:15pm - Doors will close at 1:15pm for the Ceremony to begin promptly. Evening guest please aim to arrive at 7:30pm If you’re unsure whether you’ve been invited to the Ceremony & Reception or the Evening Celebration, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with the bride and groom, and we’ll be happy to confirm. 💕

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Answer
Our wedding will be a formal celebration, so think classy, sophisticated and colourful. Ladies: We invite you to wear floor-length dresses or elegant gowns in bright, cheerful colours. Please refrain from wearing white, black or emerald green. Gentlemen: We invite you to wear tuxedos or formal suits. As this is a summer wedding, we would love to see our guests embrace vibrant, joyful colours and elegant formalwear.

UNPLUGGED CEREMONY
Answer
During the ceremony, we kindly ask our guests to be as present as possible. You’re welcome to film the bride and groom’s entrance, but we’d appreciate everyone putting phones away for the remainder of the ceremony so we can all enjoy the moment together.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
In order to keep our wedding intimate, we kindly ask that only those named on your invitation attend. If a plus one has been extended to you, their name will appear during the RSVP process.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RSVP IN TIME
Answer
We hope you’ve had plenty of time to RSVP! If we don’t receive your response by the date listed (1st, June 2026), your RSVP will automatically be marked as “no.” While we will truly miss celebrating with you, it’s essential that we provide our vendors with a final guest count on time. Thank you so much for your understanding.

We adore kids, but to keep things manageable, only the children of close family and those in the bridal party are invited.

When you RSVP, please let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies. It’s really important to us that everyone is catered for safely and comfortably on the day, so we appreciate you sharing this in advance.

Your presence on our special day truly means the world to us and is the greatest gift of all. Should you wish to honour the bride and groom with a small token of love, we kindly and respectfully request no boxed gifts.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Answer
YES! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you! 🤪🥂 Our guests are not expected to spend any money on the day, we’ve got the drinks and rum covered! If you plan on drinking, please make sure you’ve arranged safe transportation home from the venue. We want everyone to have an amazing time and, most importantly, make it home safely. Drink, dance, have fun — just don’t forget your ride home! 🍹💃🏽

IS THERE A WEDDING THEME?

There’s no official theme just immaculate vibes and one very important decision to make: Jamaica 🇯🇲 or Grenada 🇬🇩 (choose wisely). The evening reception will be dripping in island energy from start to finish. Expect rhythm, flavour, colour, and culture, this isn’t just a wedding, it’s a celebration where Jamaica meets Grenada, and the vibes do the rest.

ARE GUESTS ALLOWED TO TAKE THEIR OWN PICTURES AND VIDEOS?
Answer
Yes, of course! Post ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like, all we ask is that you share them with the bride and groom after the wedding. If you’re posting on social media, we’d love for you to tag or @ the bride and groom and use our wedding hashtag #HappilyEverHibbert.
