The venue is The Solarium and will be indoors & outdoors. It is ADA accessible. There is a 20% chance of rain. If it does, all activities will be moved inside. Parking? Free Parking is available on the street and behind the building. Parking address: 322 W Benson St, Decatur, GA 30030 to find the building from the lot, look for the Solarium sign near the ADA Accessible ramp.
If you are being dropped off, provide driver with address: 321 W Hill St, Decatur, GA 30030. This will take you to the front of the building and the circle driveway. Upon arrival, you will guided to seating.
WEAR ALL WHITE. If wearing heels, be mindful that there will be time spent in grass, standing and dancing.
Not at this time. We did not receive any special request and have finalized food options. There will be Vegan and Non-vegan small plates available. Dinner flavor profiles consist of African, Trinidadian/Indian spices.
Party Bus (CANCELLED) However, those who rsvp'd will be invited to the Meet & Greet. You will be contacted by text or details. Cascade: We will meet in line outside of Cascade at 2:30pm for group photos out front. Everyone will be responsible for their own admission & skates. Those who plan to skate can do so until 7pm. Those who can not, feel free to watch the others and enjoy the music. Those also attending Missy Elliot will leave at 5pm. Missy Elliot: There will be transportation provided for those who have rsvp'd for Missy Elliot concert and are staying at the Holiday Inn & Suites Only. Transportation will arrive at 5pm at Cascade, take those to the Holiday Inn & Suites. (You will have 1 hour to get ready for the concert) Transportation will take those to the concert at 6:30pm.
