Whoever knew that my neighbors niece would be my wife one day. When we first met her cousin Shanique introduced us. I seen her for a brief moment but that brief moment didnt take long for me to be very much attracted to Tasha. I had a crush on her that actually never went away. 14 years and life experiences later, we randomly got to talk to each other thru my Facebook stories that was speaking about my confidence and she commented she agree. I thought she was telling me she agreed with me but she actually tore my confidence saying it was about her but I kept my cool and respond "oh ok, my bad lol". She replied back "yea I was talking about myself but your dope fr too". She asked about my music shows and if I have any let her know she will attend. I replied "ok cool I will let you know soon". She let's me know she barely on fb so she gives me her number and say "when you know when you performing just call or text and let me know". So I text her so she can have my number. After we exchanged numbers we haven't been separated nor haven't stopped talking every single day since. We talk about any and everything without judgment. We understand each other's past and want to make our future with each other the best years for the rest of our lives. We have both changes each other's lives for the better. To really have someone in your corner that supports you through everything. To have someone to grow with spiritually. To smile at. To laugh with. To just be yourself with. Is truly an amazing thing.

I still remember the moment I first said I love you. it's crazy because we were on the phone at first and it felt like we should of said it right there. But we just said goodbye. Not even 5 minutes later I told her through text and she told me it back. We been together less than a year now but we have made it thru so many test and trials. That it only makes us stronger as a couple. That's how I knew she was the one for me. She stands by my side to know that she is always with me. She's has had my back since day one. She's has prayed for me more than she prays for herself. So she walks in front of me so that I know she always has me cover in prayer. We can't wait to say I do. No weapon formed against us shall prosper. A cord of three strands is not easily broken. Yep she's definitely becoming a Thurmond.
