I am Latarsha’s sister. We met over 22 years ago when she came to Virginia to visit my mother. From day one, we instantly clicked and we’ve been inseparable ever since. Our bond has only grown stronger over the years, and I couldn’t be prouder of the woman she is today. I am beyond excited and truly honored to be a part of this beautiful and amazing union.
