We are asking all guests to please RSVP by February 15, 2023.
Our wedding is scheduled to begin at 4pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to find parking and seating.
We have a strict dress code for all guests. Guests are asked to wear ALL BLACK, creative black-tie formal attire. This dress code requires guests to wear the color black and the option to be creative! Creative black tie outfits include the use of different textures, prints, patterns, or accessories to create your own fun (and still elegant) look.
Yes, there will be free parking adjacent to the building. There will be on-site concierge to help direct guests with parking and entering the venue.
We will not be offering transportation for the wedding. The venue is about an 8 minute drive from the recommended hotel, Fairfield Inn & Suites so please plan accordingly.
As much as we love your little ones, aside from our bridal party our wedding is an ADULTS ONLY event. We want everyone to have a night-off and enjoy themselves!
Due to our strict guest count, the guests that are allotted in your RSVP will be the only guests allowed.
All events will take place indoors, however there is a rooftop that will be accessible during cocktail hour and the reception for those that would like a breath of fresh air.
We will be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a reception dinner with food stations containing several types of cuisine to choose from.
We invite you to be truly present with us during our nuptials with an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that phones and cameras remain out of sight until the ceremony's conclusion. We have experienced photographers and videographers capturing our day and will happily share our professional shots with you after the wedding!
All hotel recommendations can be found on the 'Accommodations' tab of our website. We strongly encourage guests to book on our room block at the Fairfield Inn & Suites.
We are kindly requesting all gifts to be cash and/or gift cards. We also enjoy trying new things so gifting an experience is also preferred (i.e. sporting events, activities).
In addition to the wedding ceremony and reception, on Sunday, April 16th there will be a Farewell Brunch. Attendance is optional and you can find additional details on the 'Schedule' tab of our website.
We invited you because you are someone special to us in our hearts, however we understand that uncontrollable issues occur. We just ask that you inform us right away as we appreciate your honesty over a no show.
