TRANSPORTATION POLICY Transfer services are optional for RIU Hotels & Resorts clients meeting the service policy requirements detailed in this document. All transfer services and assistance on arrival are provided by the company "Destination Services" (Mexico and the Dominican Republic), an external company separate from RIU Hotels & Resorts. The transfer services apply only for bookings made via www.riu.com or the RIU Hotels & Resorts customer services call center. Transfer must be booked at least 3 days prior to the date of arrival to the hotel, via www.riu.com or the RIU Hotels & Resorts reservations center. The service won´t be guaranteed in the event of notification of flight changes or other modifications being received less than 3 days prior to arrival. Clients will receive confirmation of the transfer service via e-mail at the time of requesting this service. Clients should contact the RIU Hotels & Resorts customer services call center in the event that no confirmation is received. Please tell us your flight time and number at least 3 days before you arrive so that we can organise the transfer service.
