How do I let you know if I can make it?

Please see the RSVP card that came with your invitation.  RSVP needs to be completed on our website by January 30th, 2022. Please make sure to RSVP You and Only others addressed on the Envelope. Also, please be sure to pick an entree when doing rsvp, Chicken option is default. I can't wait to receive responses! ​

What time should I get there?

Please arrive no later than 4:15 to 4:30 sharp. At 4:45pm our ceremony will begin and we want to ensure everyone is seated before it starts ;)​​

What's the dress code?

Answer

It's been awhile since we all had the chance to dress up, so let's do it! While this isn't a black tie affair, we would love to see you in your semi-formal attire. Jackets are not required for men, button up is acceptable. No jeans please. ​

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We love your kids as much as you do, but for tonight we'd prefer this to be an adult reception. You deserve a night out as well! ​

Can I bring my boyfriend/girlfriend/neighbor?

We tried as carefully as possible to ensure our guest list kept this celebration intimate, plus ones were denoted on your invitation if a plus one is allowed.

I have a food allergy, can you accommodate?

Of course! If you have any kind of food allergy please let us know so we can make sure our caterers are aware and can help to accommodate.

Can I take pictures? Can I post pictures on social media?

Answer

Please make sure to have from phones on silent during our ceremony, you may take photos after we say our I DO's, but please be aware of photographers if they are close so they can get the shots needed.  We LOVE our photographers and we know you will too, we promise to share all the photos they take. As for the reception, Uh, yeah you can! Please use our hashtag #VolvoVows when posting pictures so we can be sure to see them all! ​

I don't understand this Honeymoon Fund Registry...how does it work?

First off, your presence is our present, truly, and we don't need or want anything other than to celebrate this day with our loved ones. But for those asking, our Honeymoon Fund Registry provides our guests with the ability to gift us experiences for our honeymoon! We understand it's not traditional (but then again, neither are we!) and some may not be comfortable with providing their information on the internet. There will be a spot for cards , date ideas, and other fun things at our reception as well if you'd prefer. ​ ​

What is the weather going to be like?

Weather in Ohio in March ranges from 30s to 70s depending on mother nature!  Our ceremony and reception will be indoors. ​

Do I need to be fully vaccinated to attend?

Answer

While we're not requiring that our guests be fully vaccinated against COVID19, we do want to stress the importance of wearing your mask if you are not fully vaccinated while at our wedding. We love our families and there are several at-risk individuals attending, so please, be responsible. We will have masks if you feel the need to wear one and hand sanitizer for everyone. We will have sanitizer there as well.

We have an exclusive hotel block which if interested book soon as only limited available and there are several recommendations for hotels around the area. Check our Accommodation Recommendations here. ​We picked a few that most will all be staying at.
