Greece does not accept U.S. dollars. All purchases are made in Euros (€), including food, taxis, shops, and most activities.

You can at your bank but you don’t have to. ATMs are widely available at the airport and throughout Santorini. Withdrawing Euros from a bank ATM once you arrive is usually the easiest and most cost-effective option.
