We're Getting Married

Trey and I met at work for our previous employer. I was a new hire at the company and we were introduced through a mutual friend/coworker. Our first encounter was rocky but as time went on and we continued to be around one another and we realized how much we had in common. We eventually began a friendship that we nurtured for a year until I decided to ask Trey to be my boyfriend and of course he said sure. Fast forward and here we are today 8 years later.

We were out to eat with close family and friends for my birthday. After singing happy birthday Lemarian stood up and asked me to stand as well. All eyes were on us as he began to express his love for me. He got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. As I shook my head yes, fanning my tears, I could hear the restaurant including our loved ones cheer for us. That turned out to be the best birthday I could ever ask for. We are so excited to have all of you celebrate the next chapter of our lives with us!
