Please join us for a drop-in mingling gathering for anyone who will be in The Dalles Friday night. Come to catch up with those you already know, and maybe even meet and get to know a few new in-laws! :D Sunshine Mill is one of the coolest tasting rooms I've ever been to. The only designated skyscraper in the Columbia Gorge, it used to be a wheat mill and is now a wine tasting room chock full of vintage furniture and whimsy with some of the best "big" red wines I've ever had! We have reserved the East Tasting Room which is at the far end of the main tasting room. There will be some sort of nosh and drink, tbd.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
At 4:30pm the bar will open and light bites, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for pre-ceremony mingling.
Dress Code: We invite you to dress up with us! Think dressy-casual to cocktail attire. Please be yourself and be comfortable, but remember- it's a wedding, yay! Use this as your excuse to get dressed up! :) Need some ideas? Any style dresses (prints or solids, any color), cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, skirts, blouses. Suits, button up shirts or nice polos, jackets, dressy khakis or slacks. The ceremony will be outdoors (fingers crossed!), and it is a tent reception- it could get chilly once the sun goes down, so bring a layer to keep warm. :) Shoes: the parking lot is gravel, as is the very short path to the bathrooms, but the ceremony and reception areas are all concrete (i.e. heels friendly ;) .

Food! Desserts! Dancing! Done by 9pm, just the way we like it! lol
