Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away so our photographer and videographer can capture everything beautifully - without distractions. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to snap away during cocktail hour and the reception. We can’t wait to see all the fun moments you capture!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, White Willow Meadows offers a paved parking lot with approximately 125 guest spaces, plus 4 handicap-accessible spots conveniently located by the Main Barn. There are a few additional spots near the other buildings as well. Good news for late nights! Guests are welcome to leave their cars overnight in the lot, but please pick them up by 9:00 AM the following morning, as there’s often another event taking place.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be providing transportation to and from the two hotels listed on our site. Shuttles will begin from the hotels at 4:30 PM and will run throughout the evening, with return trips from the venue back to the hotels available until 1:00 AM.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! We want everyone to enjoy a delicious meal, so if you have any food allergies or dietary preferences, please let us know. The best way to share this is during the RSVP online process so we don’t miss a thing!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones! However, due to space and logistics, we’re only able to include children for family. When you RSVP online, the system will list all members of your party - including any children invited. If you don’t see your child(ren) listed, we kindly ask that you join us for an adults-only celebration. Thank you so much for understanding - we can’t wait to celebrate together!
