Attire is formal/black-tie optional. This includes floor length gowns, elegant tea-length dresses, dressy pantsuits, fancy cocktail dresses, tuxes, and formal dark suites. There is no designated parking for the Portland Art Museum. Street parking is available and free after 7pm. There are also several pay to park garages in the surrounding area.

While part of the Portland Art Museum, the wedding will take place in a ballroom in the Mark Building. This building is connected to the museum, but does have a separate entrance.
