Can I bring a guest/date?
Answer
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and feel free to reach out with any questions!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best semi-formal cocktail attire. (Think garden party!)

Are kids allowed?
Answer
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. However, we encourage you to use this evening as a "night out" for yourself!

What do I do if I cannot attend?
Answer
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. Please arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will take place both indoors and outdoors.

When do we need to RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by April 21st, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What is the address of the venue?
Answer
Woodland Glasshaus at Bavaria Downs 3915 Bavaria Road Chaska, MN 55318 It is the big glass house in the forest! After turning off Bavaria Road, continue down the driveway, passing the first left toward the white building, Equestria West. Proceed to the second left, where you will see a blue sign reading ‘Woodland Glasshaus: Event Parking + Venue Entrance.’ Guests may park in the designated white-highlighted area. Handicap-accessible parking is available in the lot, along with a temporary unloading zone for elderly guests - marked by the pink dot. The main paved path leading to the venue entrance can be accessed from the parking lot. A helpful tip while navigating the property is to follow all of the blue directional signage!
