The dress code is semi-formal (long dresses and tuxedos or tea-length dresses and suits), but ultimately we want everyone to dress in the way that makes them the most comfortable and feel the best about themselves. We promise there are no Bridezillas here so please do not spend too much energy feeling stressed about getting the dress code exactly 'right' - just don't wear white. Please also keep in mind that the ceremony will be taking place outdoors in June so account for the heat as well.
Both! The ceremony will take place outdoors on the Chesapeake Bay and the reception will be indoors. There is a back-up plan to move the ceremony indoors in case of inclement weather. It will be June and may be hot, so don't forget your sunscreen!
Unfortunately, as much as we would love to have everybody there the venue has a strict occupancy limit and we are not able to offer Plus Ones unless explicitly stated differently on your invitation.
Of course! If your invitation included the kiddos, we would love to have them.
Please do! There is a place on the RSVP to include any food allergies or dietary restrictions (i.e. vegan, no pork, etc.) you may have. Please make sure to RSVP early so that we can do our best to accommodate any food restrictions.
Our caterer provides both meal entrees (chicken and fish) to every guest so you get to sample a little of everything. If you have a dietary restriction that precludes one of these options (such as vegan or seafood allergy) please let us know on the RSVP and you will get double of the other options. With the except of vegan and kids meals, we are not able to offer alternative proteins at this time.
We have block of rooms reserved at the Hilton at Baltimore BWI Airport for a discounted rate. Please use the link in the "Travel" tab, or www.miniurl.com/HiltonEvent to reserve a room. There are many other hotels next door if you would rather make other accommodations.
Yes! There is a large parking lot with free parking at Celebration at the Bay. Please note that there will be alcohol served at the reception so if you are driving please coordinate with other guests to ensure you have a safe way to get back home.
Yes, there will a shuttle to transport guests from the Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport to the venue.
