Question

How’s the COVID-19 going to affect your wedding at this point?

Answer

We hope and trust you and your families have been well during these challenging times. As you are aware, the COVID-19 pandemic has complicated all of our daily lives. We have closely monitored the events surrounding the pandemic since it began. Until last week, we remained hopeful the wedding would go as planned but have come to the conclusion that we needed to make some tough decisions. We recognize the potential risks associated with this pandemic and want everyone to know the health and safety of our families and friends is important to us. For these reasons, many of our wedding plans have changed. We have decided to move forward with our wedding on Saturday May 16th, 2020. Unfortunately, we have had to restrict the number of guests. It’s unfortunate and we are heartbroken that we cannot have all of our friends and families in attendance. We will reach out to individuals that are invited to the smaller gathering.

Question

RSVP’s

Answer

We know this creates a lot of stress and uncertainty and we certainly understand if people are uncomfortable attending the wedding in May given the current circumstances. So, if you’ve sent an RSVP committing to your attendance and have changed your mind about attending please email us at cherylo75@icloud.com and we will remove you and your guest(s) from the attendance list. RSVP’s were due April 1st, RSVP’s not returned have not been included in our guest count and therefore we have not planned for those folks attending. If you didn’t send one in and plan on attending be sure to PM us to be added. We required to restrict the number of people in attendance and had to make some tough decisions on our guest list. We will communicate out to everyone impacted by those decisions by May 1st.

Question

I need a hotel room...

Answer

If you need to reserve a hotel, please contact the Fairfield Marriott or Hampton Inn in Puyallup as the Holiday Inn Express is now closed permanently until the end of May due to the COVID-19 situation,

For all the days along the way
