Larry and Melanie knew of each other through a mutual friend they both share. The friend informed me that she “had the perfect gentleman for you and the both of you will be great together!” Larry and Melanie formally met on June 3, 2018 at a conference in Tulsa, OK. Larry noticed Melanie after a memorial service and called her saying “Hello Melanie, how are you doing today?” Melanie didn’t recognize who he was. Later in conversation, Larry formally introduced himself and sparked a conversation between the two of them. As Melanie was participating in an event later that evening, Larry asked her “do you need an escort to accompany you?” Melanie stated: yes, I do! Larry showed up early in the attire and ensure that he will accompany Mel to her event. Later, Larry assisted Melanie in putting her shoes on and the rest is history. We commemorated the evening with this picture, stating that it “will make you famous!” Larry and Melanie officially went public on July 5, 2018, and have enjoyed traveling, dinner dates, and the overall ride the two have face during this tenure.
