Please make your reservations before this date or you will not be guaranteed a room. There will be a shuttle running from this hotel to the venue. The room booking dates default to Friday, 8/7 - Sunday, 8/9. If you only need a room for Saturday, 8/8 - Sunday, 8/9 be sure to edit the stay.
