If you are required/planning to fly in to join us for our big day, please ensure you are booking your flights for arrival at Ottawa International Airport (YOW). Uber and taxi's available at the airport for travel to your accommodation. If you plan on making an extended trip to explore our nations capital by arriving early / extending your say - car rentals are also available for pick up and drop off from the airport.

Shuttle Service To and From Wedding

Shuttle service from the Comfort Inn & Suites and Fairfield Inn and suites to the ceremony and returning back after the reception is arranged guests. Please note shuttles for pick up and drop off from/to the two recommended hotels. If you chose to book your stay at an alternative hotel/airbnb/etc. you are welcome to still leverage the shuttle by making your way to one of the pickup locations from your accommodation.Uber and Taxi service is also available if you prefer. Comfort Inn & Suites

We have a rooms blocked for our guests at The Comfort Inn & Suites Carleton Place for Thursday, October 30th 2025 - Sunday November 2nd, 2025. This is the closest hotel to the wedding venue for our guests (900m). Please use the link to access the room block for the Hayhurst Wedding and make your booking. Cut off for booking using the room block rate is August 30th, 2025. Note that at this time we were able to block a limited amount of rooms, so it is first come first serve. We have the potential to add more rooms once the initial booking is full, so please let Larri or Reilly know if you go to book and there are no rooms. Fairfield Inn & Suites Ottawa Kanata

We have a 15% discounted nightly rate available for guests who choose to book their stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Kanata. Please ensure when accessing the link, that you update the dates for the booking to reflect the dates of the wedding (example: October 31st 2025 - November 2nd 2025). This discount is not limited to a certain number of guests, and should not expire. If you experience any issues, please let Reilly and Larri know directly.
