When are RSVPs due?

Please let us know if you are able to attend at your earliest convenience, but no later than August 21. We hope you can make it!

Is there a room block?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block right at Hotel Syracuse, where the reception is being held. Please make your reservations by 8/21. After that date, reservations at the discounted wedding rate will no longer be available.

What is the dress code?

Formal, black tie optional.

What is there to do between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We expect the ceremony to conclude around 2:30 p.m. Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 p.m.. In the down time, feel free to grab a drink and a snack (don't get too full, we will have plenty of delicious passed hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour!) at one of the many bars/restaurants in the North Syracuse/Downtown Syracuse areas. Some of our favorites are: Santangelo's, Jake Hafner's, Kitty Hoynes, and Fracesca's. Hotel Syracuse (reception venue) has two great restaurants located on the ground floor of the hotel, too! The between time is also a good opportunity to get checked in to your hotel room if you've booked one.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

St. Rose of Lima has ample on-site parking. Hotel Syracuse offers valet service ($27 daily) or self parking ($7 per hour, $19 daily). Valet is located at the main hotel entrance on E. Onondaga St. Self parking is located behind the hotel on Harrison Place
