FAQs

You've got Qs, we've got As!
Question

Dress code?

Answer

Technically, the dress code is "black tie optional" but dress to impress! Read will be in a tux and Aly will be in white.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by January 27th, 2026.

Question

What should we do on Saturday before the wedding?

Answer

We recommend having a water drinking competition with your friends. Otherwise, explore New Orleans!

Question

Will we be second lining?

Answer

Absolutely! If you're not familiar with this tradition, we suggest giving it a google. The most important thing? We'll be walking from the ceremony venue to the reception venue, so make sure to bring your things.

Question

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only affair.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

No driving necessary! Both the venue and reception are in the French Quarter within walking distance.

Question

Is there transportation?

Answer

In the quarter, the best transportation is the heel-toe-express (i.e., your feet).

Question

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both outside.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones & cameras are kept away during our wedding ceremony, as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer (who rocks) capturing the ceremony, and we promise to share the pictures!

For all the days along the way
