When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP by October 24th using the QR code on your formal invitation, or by clicking on the RSVP tab above.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, please arrive no later than 3:45pm to be sure you don't miss anything!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting our guests join us in formal attire. Ladies can wear floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses. Gentlemen can wear a suit & tie.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we are asking guests to refrain from bringing kids unless otherwise stated on your invitation. We are hoping this is a much deserved night off for the parents!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, if you would like to stay on site with us you can book a room through our room block under the "Travel" page of our website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

On-site valet parking will be provided complimentary by the hotel. Please be sure to mention that you are attending the Hintz/Larmoyeux wedding.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

The wedding ceremony will take place outdoors and reception will be indoors.
