We’ll be tying the knot privately at Cheeseman Park with our immediate family before the party. The celebration at The Velvet Cellar is all about gathering with our friends and family to enjoy good food, drinks, and dancing as we toast our marriage!

Yes! We’ll be serving a buffet-style dinner along with dessert and drinks, so come hungry and ready to celebrate.

Cocktail/formal attire! Think “chic night out in the city”—dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or suits are perfect.

No, this celebration is an adults-only event. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Will there be parking?

There are no designated lots for the restaurant, however, there are parking garages in the surrounding area that require payment. We highly recommend using Uber, Lyft, or a scooter to get there easily and stress-free!

How will we get to the after party at Scruffy Murphy's?

We have organized for a party bus to transport guests from The Velvet Cellar to Scruffy Murphy's.

While we do have a registry, a gift we would truly cherish is a family recipe of yours; something meaningful, nostalgic, or simply well-loved. We plan to cook from them on anniversaries and special occasions as a way to feel connected to and celebrate the people we love the most.
