Getting there
Gibraltar (GIB) has a small international airport, but flights are limited.
You’ll usually find the easiest flights into Málaga Airport (AGP) in Spain, followed by a short journey to Gibraltar.
From Málaga to Gibraltar
The drive takes around 1.5–2.5 hours, depending on traffic and the border.
Popular options include:
Bus to La Línea de la Concepción, then a short walk across the border
Taxi or private transfer (direct and comfortable)
Car rental (you can park in La Línea and walk over)
Passports & Border
Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory. Please travel with a valid passport (EU citizens may use a national ID card). Passport checks apply when entering Gibraltar, and visa rules depend on nationality, so please check in advance.
