It all started back in middle school, we knew each other as those two kids who shared classes, awkward phases, and questionable fashion choices. By high school, though, something changed—suddenly “just friends” turned into “I think I like you,” which turned into “Okay fine, we’re basically inseparable now.” Then came the college era—a true test of our love and our phone battery life. We survived mismatched schedules, and way too many FaceTime calls. But somehow, it made us stronger… and even more obsessed with each other. Six years later, here we are—officially engaged, still best friends, still laughing at our own inside jokes, and still arguing about who made the first move (for the record, we both know it was Rissy).
